Our hybrid sunscreen formula blends zinc oxide with chemical sun filters, providing the benefits of a mineral sunscreen with the cosmetic elegance often found in chemical sunscreens. This multi-benefit sunscreen helps protect you from the sun’s harmful rays while also delivering instant hydration that lasts all day long.
Hydrating Sheer Sunscreen’s ultra-lightweight fluid formula goes on white to guide an even application, and is absorbed within seconds for a non-greasy finish. This hydrating sunscreen formula leaves skin feeling comfortable, velvety-soft, and smooth to the touch. When used on the face, it helps prime skin for makeup, creating an even base for application. Hydrating Sheer Sunscreen does not pill and will not transfer onto clothes, run into your eyes, or move when you sweat—allowing you to enjoy your time in the sun.

Apply CeraVe Hydrating Sheer Sunscreen liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.

- Hydrating Sheer Sunscreen is suitable for teen & adult use, only.
- For Face: Dispense one line of product on two separate fingers. Blend until fully absorbed.
- For Body: Apply 1 ounce, approximately the size of a golf ball. Blend until fully absorbed.
- All sunscreens should be applied liberally for sun protection. It’s essential to use any sunscreen product as directed.
- Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures, including:
- Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
