AI Beauty Advisor

Feature effective date: August 24, 2026

When you use Skinora AI Beauty Advisor, your question, optional skin profile, and relevant product information are sent to OpenRouter and the selected AI model provider to generate an answer. Do not include your name, phone number, email address, or other personal details. Before transmission, the service automatically removes common email addresses, phone numbers, and links.

Skinora does not save chat messages, skin profiles, model answers, or raw IP addresses. It stores only aggregate operational metrics: request counts, token totals, response time, selected model, and error codes. OpenRouter is configured to deny routes marked as collecting data and, by default, to require zero-data-retention routes. OpenRouter and the selected model provider may retain operational metadata under their own policies.

The advisor provides product information and personalized product guidance. It is not a medical diagnostic service and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
