Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains the delivery options available for orders placed on skinora.ge. We currently deliver only within Georgia.

Order processing

We normally prepare paid orders within 1–2 business days. Sales, public holidays, severe weather, or unusually high demand may cause a delay; if that happens, we will keep you informed.

Delivery in Tbilisi

• Standard delivery: 5 GEL
• Free standard delivery: when the order value after discounts is 50 GEL or more
• Expected arrival: 2–4 business days in total, including processing
• Express delivery: 10 GEL; same day or next business day, subject to order time and availability

Express delivery remains a paid option even when standard delivery is free. The checkout shows the available services and an estimated arrival window before payment.

Delivery outside Tbilisi

• Courier: OnWay.ge
• Standard delivery: 11 GEL
• Expected arrival: 3–7 business days in total, including processing, depending on the destination

Next-order delivery reward

After a customer’s first successful Skinora order, we email a personal code for free standard delivery on the next order of 40 GEL or more. The code is valid for one use within 30 days and can be used without creating an account. It does not cover express delivery and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery details and delays

Please provide a complete address and a reachable Georgian phone number. The courier may contact you before delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because the address or contact details are incorrect, or no one is available to receive the parcel, a new delivery fee may apply. Estimated dates are not guarantees, but we will help track delayed parcels.

Damaged or missing items

If an item arrives damaged or an item is missing, email [email protected] with your order number and photos. For the fastest resolution, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery; this request does not reduce the rights described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

International delivery

International delivery is not currently available.
