Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how order cancellations, product returns, and refunds work at skinora.ge, operated by Skinora.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. If the order has already been shipped, the request will be handled as a return under the rules below.

Returns

You may return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided that:

• the product is unopened and unused;
• the original packaging and protective seal are intact;
• you can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they are defective:

• cosmetic and skincare products that have been opened, used, or have a broken protective seal;
• gift cards and promotional vouchers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected], attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to appear on your statement. The original delivery fee is refunded only when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the return is due to our error, in which case Skinora covers the cost.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the product, the reason for the return, and photos where relevant. We will confirm the return and provide instructions and the return address.
