The Ordinary Balancing & Clarifying Serum is a lightweight, water-based treatment for visible congestion, excess shine, enlarged-looking pores and uneven texture. Seven targeted technologies help skin look clearer and smoother while supporting hydration and the skin barrier.
The formula is especially relevant to oily or blemish-prone concerns, but it is suitable for all skin types. Use it in the Treat step after cleansing, in the morning and evening.

The water-based formula has a pH of 5.5–6.5. It is alcohol-free, oil-free and silicone-free, as well as vegan and cruelty-free.
